Illawarra Birth Classes was created by two local certified birth doulas Alyssa Booth (Cherish Birth) and Amelia Coleman. As doulas we provide educational, emotional and physical support to families during pregnancy and birth. Between the two of us we have been supporting local families at Wollongong public and private hospital for over five years.

We are passionate about helping families feel positive about pregnancy and birth. We believe that birth can be a transformative and empowering experience. We aim to provide classes that are informative whilst being relaxed.

In 2022 Amelia relocated to Perth and Alyssa continues to offer the same education to the families of the Illawarra.
