We are two local certified birth doulas Alyssa Booth (Cherish Birth) and Amelia Coleman (The Illawarra Doula). As doulas we provide educational, emotional and physical support to families during pregnancy and birth. Between the two of us we have been supporting local families at Wollongong public and private hospital for over five years. Amelia has also trained as a Childbirth Educator.

We are passionate about helping families feel positive about pregnancy and birth. We believe that birth can be a transformative and empowering experience. We aim to provide classes that are informative whilst being relaxed.
